anyone have Buckeye insurance

im hoping someone here can help, Ive called buckeye to ask what I needed for approval and they keep giving me the runaround .. does anyone here have buckeye that is or has gone thru the process, what did you need to get approved  michele

I am assuming you are talking about Buckeye as your Managed Care Plan for Medicare or Medicaid, correct? I am on Medicaid and I used to have Buckeye also. I never even bothered to ask about the surgery with them, but right before I switched to Anthem, I started hearing about how Buckeye is the worst MCP out of them all!. I haven't started trying to get the surgery yet, but I am glad I switched. I have a feeling I'll have it a little easier.
