Sorry I haven't written in a while. Life moves so fast sometimes. Well a quick update. Im down 100 pounds since May 7, 2007 and feeling great. I still having food issues....just not interested in trying new foods. Kinda stick in a rut. I still love my protein shakes. Any suggesstions? Thanks Jan
