6 Months Post Op

Wow, Its been 6 months already. Just an update from me about my 6 month check up.  I made my 6 month goal which was to weigh less then my husband even though its only 3 lbs its still less then him. I now weigh 249 lbs. which is incredible knowing not that long ago I weighed 409 lbs. I've gone from a size 32 to an 18. I love being able to shop at walmart again. I love the energy being able to work and not get tired or sore. Its an incredible feeling. So glad I did this and only wish I would have done it sooner. They showed me my before pics at my appt. omg, i don't even recognize that person in those pics and I cant believe i was that big. but not no more and never again. Cheers to me.

Look at you just doing FABULOUS!!  I am so very proud of you! I told you we would make it!!  I can't wait to hear how your appt. went. I go tomorrow. I am kinda nervous since I haven't been good with my meds and my protein has been kinda tough. I am down 114 pounds though! No complaints here!! Cheers to you!! Malissa
