clothing exchange extravaganza

Dear patients, We are taking over the entire 1st floor of the Evendale Medical Building on Saturday, February 2nd, for a clothing exchange from 11am-1pm.  Guys, gals, all sizes welcome - we are going to have a great turnout and any patient is welcome no matter where you had surgery. We are supplying healthy low-calorie drinks, patients are asked to bring healthy (emphasis on healthy) appetizers.  Send your recipe to our dietitian Erin ([email protected]) for approval. We had a fantastic turnout for Dr. Lied's body contouring presentation earlier this month, so let's see even more for this! Dr. Curry, Could you tell us how the exchange will work? Is it a true exchange - I bring a shirt and get a "new" shirt? Or is it more of a rummage sale - I can purchase items? Thank you Shari

It's an exchange - we were thinking that if you bring 10 items you get 10 exchange coupons so that people don't come emptyhanded and take home a truckload of stuff! Trace W. Thanks for the info. I think I'll have to pass this time around, I just sold most of my extras on ebay.

What a wonderful idea!    I only wish I knew about such an event last year when I was still replacing clothes. 

Dr. C;  I am interested in more information about the clothing exchange. Is there a limit or certain styles of clothing acceptable?   I haven't done a lot of experimenting with cooking, but look forward to discussing options with Erin.  When are your support groups?
