How long? Cleveland anyone?
I'm sorry you are going through this, but I am glad I am not the only one.
In my opinion the insurance coordinator at Cleveland Clinic is worthless. I finished all my testing and appointments on August 23rd. I was told that everything was submitted to insurance on August 24th. My insurance company did not receive anything until Oct. 9th. For weeks I tried to get the insurance coordinator to call me back. I left the correct fax number and address for the insurance company in every message I left for her. I finally called the surgical nurse and asked her to please look into the issue. The insurance company received the paperwork the very next day. They approved in one week. It then took the Clinic another two weeks to call me to schedule the surgery.
Hang in there. Go over her head if you have to.
