Does ANYONE have a copy of their doc's ltr of recommendation????

I am in desperate need of assistance in the next few days/weeks.  I am trying to get scheduled for my surgery date but the insurance company has requested that I get a letter of recommendation from my prim. care physician stating that it is necessary for me to have this surgery.  Well, to be honest, my doctor's office administrators aren't the brightest, so I'm trying to get a copy of a letter that he can just transfer over to his letterhead.  If anyone can help me, please let me know.  Thanks for your time and patience. Hi Lisa, I don't have mine, but wanted to wish you luck. I am from Toledo as well and had my surgery done a year ago Dec 6th by Dr. White in Toledo. Best of luck to you!! ~ Terisa

Hi Teresa  Just wanted to say I just was just on your profile, and I too am in Toledo and will be having surgery on 1/16 with Dr. White.  I loved what you said about him.  Its all true!!!  He has been very informative and caring throughout this whole process and I agree whole heartedly what you said about his staff as well. Your pics are truly an inspiration to me.  I am so excited an anxious about my surgery I just can't stand it sometimes.  Please keep in touch since your in the area if you wouldn't mind? And thanks for being such an inspiration.
