Hi I live in Akron oh. And I really need some help. I have buckeye community health plan insurance, I have done my 6 months of supervised diet and exercise with my pcp, and now I just looking for a hospital that will take my insurance, beside Summa Health System Hospitals. They cost about 1800$ just for the weight loss classes, and I don’t have that much money, and I run in to this thing were they say the hospital has to be in network with my insurance. I don’t know what that mean; I just need some help please.

I currently see Dr. George Kerlakian at Good Samaritan Hospital in Cincinnati, and he takes both Medicare and Medicaid. However, I have to say that I am not at all pleased with the care I have received from him and am looking for another doctor.

Hello...I may have good news for medicare and medicaid patients in Ohio. I have a friend who is having the procedure, and she said that The Ohio State University Hospital will accept both. Here is the info:
