Im at 139  im 5,81/2    and cant stop losing. Im looking like olive oil. Anyone have any sugestions on how to stop this. Ive been lucky with not needing any plastic surgery and excercise 3 times a week. I dont want tp keep losing. My husband said i have a body of a tenager. Im 49 years old. and can wear teen clothes without any hang over and have a flat stomach.. Just dont want to get any smaller.  I was 270 but was only over weight about 6 years. So that is why my skin did so well.  any suggestions. Thanks Ann

Someonw else posted this on another board and this is the advice they recieved.  Start adding more good carbs veggies, fruit, whole grains add another shake or two. just add a few more calories at a time to see where you need to be.  I got to thin for me and added to many BAD foods back in and gained to much. Now I'm watching and trying to get back to a good weight for ME.  Good Luck,  Robin

Ann, I went through the same exact thing.  I started my journey at 314 Lbs and wouldnt stop loosing either.  I got down to a really ugly level of 119 lBs.  Everyone said I was skin and bones and looked sick.  Even my color was a little grey.  I am happy to report that I have gained, with trying and am stable at about 134-140.  Give it time..start eating more carbs and higher protein.  I increased my protein from 70-80 grams to over 110-120 grams and that really seems to help.  I also eat whatever I want.  I know I should stay away from the bad things but they are what helped me gain.  I know in my mind, now that I can do the "Diet" thing and stick to it for the rest of my life, if I gain a little more then desired.  I was also told that when you get to your lowest point you will usually gain 10-15lbs back and that did happen. Good luck............. Ann, good advice on the previous replies.  I had to let the carb jeanie out of the bottle as well. I was 6'0", 178#, with a lot of excess skin and  bone mass, now 205#.  Keeping this in check has been somewhat like putting the toothpaste back in the tube, lol. I think it can be done though,  gradually. Get with your dietician or surgeon and see what you can do to stop the loss. You know the deal, it's calories in vs. calories burned. Great job though, enjoy your good health!

Yes -- I agree with adding more carbs to your diet.  Good healthy carbs are best.  If that doesn't work, your doc can prescribe you some pancreatic enzymes to increase the absorption of the foods you're eating.
