New to this Ohio board, recent Post OP in Gahanna Ohio

Hello all on the Ohio message board, I just found this board on OH, I had my surgery August 21, just 37 days ago and I have lost 38lbs to date...I feel like I could walk on water right now I am so happy with my wieght loss. I was able to give all of my size 24/22 clothes away last weekend and got the joy of shopping for new size 20/18 work clothes (from the clearance racks of course, I can't wait to go shopping for size 16/14) this has happened faster than I imagined and I am so grateful...I thank GOD and Dr. Meyers daily for the chance to have this surgery.

First off welcome to the site. Secondly, congrats on a MAJOR wow moment. SHopping for the first time is so exciting. I'm only 20-30 minutes from you. Its nice to know others are close. Keep up the good work and let us know how you're doing.

HI, I so glad that you are happy with the beginning of a new you! I can't wait for the moment to get the chance to experience the same excitement once I have my surgery. It's always good to see that there are others here on oh close to home.

Congratulations! I just met Dr. Myers last night and I am thrilled to have found the surgeon I want to do my surgery. I think the Fresh Start program sounds amazing. I won't have the quick weight loss you're experiencing because I'm going with the Lap Band, but I'm excited to have started the ball rolling!
