My name is Steve Tomsic and I am an OH Member, a Post-Op (RNY 2003) and a motivational speaker on the WLS journey and how to make the most of your experiences before, during and after weight loss. I will be presenting at Good Samaritan Hospital on Thurs Sept 13th from 6-8 pm More Info - www.decision-of-a-lifetime.com I will be talking about CHANGE in every stage of the WLS journey.  I will be talking about managing after surgery as well as managing long term - when losing and maintaining aren't as easy as they had once been.
