been a while since I said hello

Hello All, I am 9 1/2 months out from surgery and I have just found out that I am pregnant!!  What do I do now?  I hope I can still lose some more weight.  Has anyone else gotten pregnant within a year of surgery? I have taken 2 home pregnancy tests and both came up positive.  I have an appointment with my family doctor on Thursday morning and I made an appointment with an OB/GYN.  Not much else to say.  If anyone has any suggestions for me, I am open to listening.
