4 weeks out and here are the results

45 pounds GONE!!! Very happy!  Things are going well according to the doctor.  Have a hard time with Chicken and I love chicken.  All in due time I guess.  Just dropping a line to brag a bit.   Laura

I am so excited to read this!  I have just made the decision to move forward and have the lap band done - I can't even imagine being where you are now!!  Keep up w/ the posts because I want to share in your happiness! Sarah

WOW Laura that is GREAT!! I am also four weeks out and down 27#. I am a little discouraged!! I have been eating the right things and exercising. I know we will all lose a different rates but I was hoping for more! Malissa

wAY TO GO!!  YOU ARE DOING FANTASTIC!! (and 27 pounds in four weeks is nothing to sneeze at either!!  It is WONDERFUL!! Just remember, the slower it comes off, the more likely your skin will rebound - no sag, no plastics!!)
