Fresh Start Frustration

I talked to Fresh Start on Friday.  My paperwork has been filed with Anthem and I am now waiting for approval.  I think I just was unfortunate enough to have a couple of lost phone calls.  My last two contacts have been postive.

I feel better about my decision.

Glad to hear things between you and Fresh Start improved.  I can't imagine a better doc to have.  And the support group afterwards is terrific.  Feel welcome to attend.  Even before your surgery.  We meet the 3rd Tues of every month in the Riverside Health Center in rooms I and H.  Next month, Sept. we are testing recipes.  And a clothing exchange is being planned for Oct.  We are also walking in the "walk from obesity" as a group.  Good luck.
