From what I see you have posted 3 questions: Asking about Fees 91 people read it and 5 replyed You ask about finding the right doctor 83 people read it and 5 replyed You asked about extra skin 59 read it and 2 replyed.  You last post was about youf first appointment. You didn't say which doctor it was with and why your appt was running late. Maybe I missed it but what questions do you have that the doctor didn't answer or are unsure of?? i had  my ist consult with one of the dr's  i;m  wanting to use....................i'm really  excited   but  SCARED  AT  SAME TIME   THE APPT   WENT REALLY  WELL.............THEY MESSES UP ON  MY  APPT  TIME.........I WAS  HOT............BUT  I CHILLED  OUT   THESE  ARE THE PEOPLE  THAT ARE GONNA  BE HELP ME   I didn't see a question here that I could answer.  We are HERE for you but we have to have an answer before we can post.  What questions do you have that we can answer???? when i see someone making comments like this i go to their profile and look to see what i can find out about them- their struggle or their issue sor questions- their family dynamics their job or anything-i see two pics of you- very pretty! but no other info-- i do understand that you are a fairly new member of OH and i do not know how computer literate/savvy you are or aren't ( i am NOT!!!) how can we be more supportive???????? i'm not on the ohio board a lot- i hang out on the over 50 forum cuz of my age-many of us over 50 have other concerns and attitudes- so tjat is where i am more comfy--i live in northwest ohio so am not really familiar with alot of the resources you may be checking into-my surgery was at barix in groveport in march of 2004. tell us more before you give up on us! *also- i see that you mark your posts urgent with the star--us oldtimers -robin and i! -are used to seeing the urgent overused-urgent is for "really really important right now" ! not-"please pay attention to me"--- i am certain that the questions that you have ARE urgent in your mind-anyone researching and wanting wls is in an urgency mode- btdt!!!-see; i am presuming taht you are pre op -dunno by your profile-maybe you are already losing? i am not trying to be hurtful or "bash" you so i hope that you do not take my comments that way-we just don't know how to be more supportive unless we know more about you..... personally, i spent hours and hours reading and looking at diff things on this site- and then i post where i can-one must be supportive as well- i do not know if you are a regular poster so please don't be angry with me for that-again- i am not on this board alot.....ok-i'll stop now before i bury my foot deeper in my mouth!

I agree that I always receive answers to my posts.  Maybe not 50 or 60 but for sure three or four.  Margo is right--the "urgent" star is only if you are having difficulties that are right below calling your surgeon, bariatrician or pcp or if you are so depressed about something that you've spent the entire day in tears.   I've met many people and made many wonderful, loving friends on this board and on the main forum.  Please give us a chance--and use the stars like salt--very sparingly!
