I am sorry I cant help I am in Monroe which is close to Cincinati. I havent seen anyone with that Doc. but I am not on this board as much anymore. Not as lively as it use to b. But you might be able to reaserch this doc on the find a surgeon link. I am sorry I am not much help but I wish you luck with your journey Linda
