Biotin

I was wondering if someone could tell me how many mcg of biotin should be taken per day?  Trying to get my 'vitamins' in a row..U know..like ducks in a row lol...patiently waiting for surgery..ok..maybe patiently isn't the right chioce of words....=) Please take care everyone and have a good weekend.

Hi, I take 5000 mcg. per day and have for a long time. I feel it has really helped me keep my hair. I lost just a very small amount about 6 months out.  You can find them at Walmart for a good price. Good luck with your surgery, you will never regret it.. It was the best thing I ever did for my self (gastric by pass) I am going in for a tummy tuck and some lipo 8/28. That is a little scary because I know it can be very uncomfortable lol..painful really. Take care Judi
