I seem to experience "drop and stop" syndrome, which means that I'll lose for 1-3 weeks, then stay the same for 1-3 weeks.  That started happening about 6-8 months after my surgery, and I just learned to accept that that's how my body functions.  Our metabolisms are complicated mechanisms, and it's tricky to figure out how to keep losing after 21 months!  I will encourage you to do what I've been doing - keep eating right, exercising, and drinking fluids, even when you're weight is staying the same.  If you don't start to lose again after 6-8 weeks, you probably need to reevaluate what you're doing and make some changes.  That's worked pretty consistently for me and I'm still losing after 21 months (albeit I only lose 2-4 pounds per month now).   Good luck on your journey!  If I can offer you words of encouragement to help you through the "stall" phase, let me know!  Keep doing the right thing and your tool WILL work for you! I am so jealous, I live in Cleveland also work for the Clinic and am awaiting surgery.  I had my consultation, met Dr Chan, the nutritionist and psych now I have to have the EGD another nutritional consult and see where to go from there.  I would like to attend a support group but really can not get to main campus for them.  I can't wait until I get a surgery date. Hello! I am from Macedoina.  I had surgery in Nov w/ Dr Schauer. I make it to most of the support group meetings at the Cleveland Clinic. They are on the second thurs of the month at 6. But I truly love the support and help I get from obesityhelp. I use the main forum the most but do chek here a couple times a week. WELL I'M ORIGINALLY FROM SOLON AND BEEN LIVING IN FLORIDA FOR THE PAST 9 YEARS BUT STILL MISS CLEVELAND VERY MUCH. SO I THOUGHT I WOULD JUST BROWSE THE OHIO MESSAGE BOARDS AND INTRODUCE MYSELF, IT'S ALWAYS NICE TO HAVE SOME WLS FRIENDS FROM HOME. I AM 19 MONTHS POST OP AND DOWN 110LB, ORIGINALLY 230 AND NOW WEIGH 120 AND FEEL WONDERFUL. BUT I FOCUS ON STAYING THIS WAY EVERY DAY AND HAVE TO REMEMBER WHAT I CAME FROM. Hi Joanne, You look fantastic!  I'm not from Solon but I have a friend at work who is always talking about growing up in Solon and all the changes that have taken place there.  Welcome! I bet you laugh when it's snows a couple feet here, I love it here but that is one thing I could live without!!
