Just checking it seems like I'm all alone!  hoping to find a buddy in my area to chat, support and encourage each other.

Regina and Linda, I live in Mentor TOO. I am just starting out and have my surgery consult on the 17th of August. I would love to know if you attend support groups in the area and where/what time they are at. I am sure my psych will require at least 2-4 support group sessions, but I know it is not something I am gonna want to stop once I start. It is hard to find people in my family and friends who can understand what I am or will be going through. Thanks! And feel free to email me anytime or send me a PM if you want to talk!! Stephanie

I amdesperately wanting to have gastric bypass surgery.  I live in Brook Park and i work for a Cleveland Clinic hospital, insurance seems to be my problem.  I'd like to talk to anyone who's been able to get through all that red tape or who is trying.
