I'm a snackaholic. I can admit.... I snack. And way to often. It's a horrible thing I've let myself do! Pretzels, chips, popcorn, pickles, candy, .... You name it, I want it! My weight loss has all but stopped from this. On top of the fact that I feel like I can eat FAR too much when I do eat. And I don't weigh my portions. I'm bad. Bad, bad, bad. Gained 20 pounds I vow to be better. I vow to not let carbs back into my diet on a regular basis. Frustrated with myself, Help!!!
