OT-Getting married in Cleveland Need Help

Hi, I am a Michigander getting married in Cleveland on September 8th, 2007.  My fiance and I have both had WLS, me in 2004, him in 2005. I am wondering if I might get some feedback from all of you regarding some places I am looking at for flowers and hair/make up. Or reccommendations if people have them for flowers, hair, and cake. I met with Roses for Weddings for our flowers and was considering looking at one of the  Giant Eagle stores to get a price comparison for flowers and cake. I was given the name of  New Designs Salon & Spa in Willowick. Has anyone heard/used them before? Do you have a great stylist or make up artist that you have used? Thanks in Advance! Melanie 

Melanie.  I highly recomend the cake's from Reiders Market in Concord Township/Lake county at 44 and 90.  We got our wedding cake last month from them and it was awesome. Go there on Tuesday, Thursday evenings or Sat/Sun morning and talk to Jackie. She will take good care of you.  John

I highly reccomend Mare's Cakes and Candy in Fairview, OH.  Their cakes are awesome!!!

Welcome to Cleveland.  I will agree...Corbo's is the absolute best for Casada cakes.  If you are going to be using a limo co, A-1 Mr. Limo has the nicest fleet.  And you can ask for me to be your driver...LOL.  For pictures, the pond at the Art Museum is nice.  If you need inside shots due to the weather, you can use the Renaissance stairway or there are a couple of places you can rent inside. If you are looking for an east side location, I have used Jack Arra and Raun.  Both are nice and have plenty of stylists and make up artists.  Best wishes.   Linda
