Diabetic help

Well this is interesting. 1 yer and 9 months out and I am starting to have some of the physical symptoms of being diabetic. I found out I was diabetic when going through pre surgery tests by my local doc.  At that time the only complaint I had was a fairly comon really bad cramp in my right foot. Sometimes so bad that I could hardly walk. She said it was a symptom of being diabetic. I haven't had this since my surgery until about 3 weeks ago. It continues to get worse. I am now checking my sugar again and if it is high it will show. But for now all seems normal except the foot i getting worse. I plan to see my local doc soon, but in the mean time has anyone had this before and if so, is there any fix for it: ? I thought I had gotten past all of this, No more sleep apena, lots of weight off,,,, Well lets just say it could be worse.  Jeff
