cap on insurance benifits
Hello, just wondering if anyone has uhc choice plus childrens hosp columbus. I was approved about 4 months ago for bypas but could not come up with 22,000.00 for balance. I need to find md that will except all pretesting results from previous surgeon. Also iI have changed my mind and am trying for lapband.I could poss come up with 4-5 thousand over the cap of 12,500.00 from insurance. Does anyone know of any surgeon in ohio that the fees of md,hosp,anathesia would be around 15,16 thousand. Thank you !!!!
I think there are several who have had Lab Band for about that.
I know there are a lot of docs at Kettering, Sycamore, Grandview, and Southview in Dayton that do Lab Band also, for about that.
