Not feeling full and I gained 1lb
75lbs in 9 weeks is incredible!!!!!!!!!!! Listen, stay off the scale, you'll make yourself crazy….your weight will fluctuate….that's normal. Also as you get further along you will be able to eat more. I'm 2yrs out and can eat about a cup of food now….depending on the texture of the food. There are still times I take a few bites and I'm stuffed. Just make sure you're complying with everything your dr. and nut have told you and you'll be fine.
Again you've done an amazing job!!! Keep it up!

I do not anyone to get the wrong thought, I lost 35 lbs since my surgery 9 weeks ago the 40 was pre surgery which was from November to April. Keeping off the scale is good advice. I know I have not been drinking enough water. So I will try to pump that up. Also my exercise is about 3 or 4 times a week, getting more of that in should help.
Girl, listen it doesn't matter if it was before or after surgery you lost 75lbs….either way 75lbs in 9 weeks is wonderful…think about it….almost a 100lbs gone. That’s two 50lb bags of dog food…that's a lot of weight my friend! I think you're being to hard on yourself…..It was 5 months before I lost 100lbs. Took me another year and a half to lose the other 70.
Keep your head up! And Oh yeah, I believe I mentioned stay off those dang scales…LOL :-)
