Sceduled for June 20th.

I am so excited Cleveland Clinic finally received my Ohio Medicaid approval and I am scheduled for the 20th. I am a little nervous because now I know that this is finally going to happen, but I am still overjoyed. Good luck to Joan who getting the surgery on the same day. My doctor spoke very highly of Dr Chlysta and wanted to refer me there but they didn't take my insurance. I am quite happy with Dr. Schauer at the Cleveland he is a fantastic doctor.

Congratulations!!!  I am having surgery the same day as you and also the same surgeon.. Like you I am glad to finally get it done but still very nervous.

WOW, Congrats! June 20th is the day for surgeries I guess :). Well, at least we can all be in the same boat together. (And the group can just hear all our whining at once! hehe)

Congradulations hope everything goes well for you. I am scheduled for my surgery on the 21 Doc. has me on full liquid diet. Have any good recipes that you can put through a food processor or blender.

I was on the liquid diet but I called up my dr's office and they said I could substitute the shakes with protein bars. You can add sugar free fat free pudding mix to your protein, it does make the shakes taste better. I really liked the banana cream pie pudding Jello brand.
