Big Medicine premieres TOMORROW, Monday, May 28, at 9pm EST on TLC!

Big Medicine is a new reality show on The Learning Channel that follows my dad and brother, Drs. Robert and Garth Davis, bariatric surgeons, and several of their patients through the process of bariatric sugery (mostly RNY, but also some lap-band).

I've already got it set to record the whole series.  Thanks for the reminder.  I'm going to pass this along to my Over 50 group.  Thanks again,  Peggy

I watched it tonight and I liked it. I felt so sorry for the guy who weighted 600 and some pounds. I hope he makes it. Those doctors seem great. They are the kind of guy's you like to be around. They didn't have that holier than thou attitude. Like the doctors I worked with in the army. Dave

Kim,  I loved the show.  I love your brother and Dad, especially your Dad.  I could have given him a big hug.  He's so cute. Thanks for letting us know about it.  Peggy

I watched it too and loved it.  In fact, I watched it again at midnight and have it set to record every Monday.   This is such a great window to information for those who are contemplating the surgery, those who do not know what it is all about and those of us who have had it and can sympathize with the folks presented on the show. Great job.  Well done.  I have called everyone I know to watch to help get a better understanding about why this surgery is such a life saving device.  Thanks to your Dad and Brother for putting themselves out there and educating a bias society on the perils that obese people suffer. Thanks again!!! Kym

May you ALWAY give without remembering and take without forgetting!
