Hello - I have been on the boards, but have kept mainly to the lap-band forum - but discovered the Ohio one and thought it would be fun to hear from some local people - anyone here have surgery at the Cleve Clinic? I just had my lap band on Tuesday... still pretty sore - but starting to adjust. Just wanted to say hi to everyone and will be checking out this site more frequently - looks like a bunch of fun people on here ! Anne

Welcome to the losing side.

I'm a snackaholic.

I can admit.... I snack. And way to often. It's a horrible thing I've let myself do!

Pretzels, chips, popcorn, pickles, candy, .... You name it, I want it!

My weight loss has all but stopped from this. On top of the fact that I feel like I can eat FAR too much when I do eat. And I don't weigh my portions.
I'm bad. Bad, bad, bad. Gained 20 pounds

I vow to be better. I vow to not let carbs back into my diet on a regular basis.
