Is there a certain amount of weight I should be losing on a weekly basis after my surgery? I am 16 days post-op and have only loss 10 lbs. Am I being too anxious? What is the normal amount of weekly weight loss should I expect? Before the surgery I never weighed myself on a normal basis. How often should I weight myself? I go in for my first fill on 6/20. I guess I'm just so eager to loss this weight I need to be more patient... I must admit, physically, I do look thinner - or at least that's what my husband is saying

Thanks for the words of encouragement!!! I spoke to my nurse and she told me not to worry. She said 1 - 2 lbs a weeks is considered good results so I guess I'm really ahead of the game
