Question?

Does regular Kool-Aid flavored with Spenda count as plain water? My friend...the Queen of Weigh****chers say it does. I love variety and am hoping this is true.

I have been told that as long as it is caffeine free, it counts towards your water. Enjoy! Linda

I'm sure it does...or else I'd be in trouble. I haven't had plain water in forever! Since surgery I can take one or two sips and I'm done! I buy boxes and boxes of Crystal Light; that's all I drink!
