Just checking in I haven't posted much but I do lurk here quite a bit. I am looking to meet someone local to be there to support each other. Kim, I am going to see Schauer in May........... did you like him, was he compassionate, or anything else you can tell him about him?

Congratulations on beginning your journey! I like Dr Schauer. The whole program at CCF is very good from the people you deal with for insurance, to the nut, to the people who check you in. I work at the Clinic and their insurance makes it pretty easy but I have heard of other insurances having to do a lot more work. If you have an specific ? feel free to pm me. Good luck! Hugs, Kim

HI Tina! Where is Marysville? I have been struggling a lot lately with upping my exercise. I get in at least 2 days in but know that I should be getting in more like 4. I also have been not doing the best with my eating/ getting my water in. But I am ready to get back on track. Hope you have a good weekend! Hugs, Kim
