REVISION??

Hello. I'm from West Chester, Ohio. I had the open RNY in 2003 to a surgeon that was not certifiy at the time. My heaviest was 266 and got down to 155. As of today, I am 234 pounds. When I had it done, I had no support group, no instructions other than the basic what you can eat or not to eat info. I'm back on all of my medications, which is scary. So right now I'm looking for a doctor that can help me. Has anybody had this problem before? Thanks. LC

Other than the fact that I had a well-certified surgeon, he actually helped design and pioneer the RNY, my story is the same. Surger in June 2000, heaviest 342 lost down to 230 currently weight 290. Also no support group, no instructions, etc. I am also back on all diabetic meds (the surgery did allow me to be off insulin for 4 years)as well as all other meds as well. Don't have any answers, but would love to hear what others have to say.
