Ohio Mediciad for Lap-Band?

Does anyone know of a Dr that will accept OH Medicaid for the Lap-Band Surgery? I am on SSI and Medicaid is my only Insurance (Blue Cross Blue Shield Partnership Plan) I have not been able to locate one.

I do not know of a doctor, but I would call the number on the back of your Medicaid card, and they should be able to give you some doctor options. Hope this helps--I have lapband, and am from Van Wert, if you have any questions, feel free to email me--Theresa
