Gaining weight and Optifast...

Hi Debbie! Wow, your surgery date is right around the corner! I bet you are so excited. I'm so afraid about having to go on the Optifast diet just because of the $$ is costs. But I guess if I have to I have to. How's the diet going for you? My BMI is currently 42 which is high so I might end up being a candidate for the Optifast...ugh. I am having the RNY bypass surgery. I actually got the call to set the date for my surgery but had to put it on hold because I blew out my knee and I'm on crutches right now. Silly me, I don't know what on earth I was thinking but I got on the trampoline with my kids last week to play with them...and well after 10 minutes of fun I twisted & blew out my knee. Talk about red-faced. Oh well, it will heal and soon I can schedule my RNY surgery! I will keep you in my prayers Debbie as you undergo this surgery.
