100 POUNDS GONE TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cant beleive it, got on the scale today, and POOF, down 100!! I am so thrilled...I feel SO much better than I did just 5 months ago. My knees, ankles, back feel great. I dont feel like such an "old lady" anymore, I will be 40 this year, but truly felt in my 60's(maybe older) just 5 months ago. I am really glad I had this surgery, even with all the complications I had, it was worth it. The quality of my life has hugely improved and I am so grateful. I hope to grow old with my husband and watch all my 4 little boys grow up and be ACTIVELY involved in their life. That is already happened, I climbed up about 15 flights of stairs to go down these water shoots recently with them, and did it over and over and over again. I would have NEVER been able to do that just 5 months ago.
Sorry to ramble on and on, just so excited. By the way, my mother who was very against this surgery at the beginning of my journey, is now proud of me and glad I had the surgery. She is one of the main reasons I wanted to change the course of my life. She is an out of control diabetic, in a wheelchair for many years and it has been very sad to see how she has suffered for at least 15 years, and it is just getting worse.
I am just really grateful today...
