I finally got my first appointment for Physical and Psych elvauation for the Lap-band. It is March 20th. I'm not sure what to expect as I have had blood tests and an EKG. I am very excited but nervous. Any hints or help for me?

Hi Nancy... I have my first appointment with Doc and psych and the nutritionists on March 14th I have been looking forward to this for two months and I can hardly wait for it to come... I have been preparing for it by reading the book that they gave us when we went to the first meeting. I have read the book in great detail and I am determined to do with... this is dealing with my health now.. I am not doing this for good looks... and it's going to take a lot of work I know that! I don't know what to expect either.. but whatever it is I am prepared .. good luck Nancy I wish you the best! hugs Jeannie
