I had lap RNY with Dr. Cha at Metro 3/1, got home 3/3. I know how you feel about the gas. Its horrible. No binder for me but very sore on the left. The majority of my gas has left.
Have you tried the sugar free Carnation Instant Breakfast? Made with 1% or skim milk has a lot of protein and the chocolate tastes really good. I have had no problems tolerating that. I've been doing great with cottage cheese blended and the sugar free pudding (vanilla). The scrambled egg beaters, chicken, cream of wheat are all high in protein or can be made with milk to increase their protein. I hope this helps.
