Anybody in here interested in a little central-Ohio meeting?? A couple of us were talking on the main board about CoCo Keys water park and its not far from my house...if we could get a small group of people interested I would be happy to contact them to see about a group rate or something. It could be great fun!! Kids of course would love it. Of course, there are lots of other options to coco keys....fort rapids is closer to columbus, and of course it doesn't have to be a water park... Anyone interested?? I'd be happy to try and pull something together if a few of us are...post thoughts and ideas here!!

I don't know about the water park, but I'd be interested in getting together sometime. I live in Perry County.

I'm new here, have my informational seminar next week, I'd love to meet some people who have been where I am now. But not at a water park. I'm pretty sure my kids would love it, but not me. There are lots of great places in the Columbus area to go to......or even a little south to the outlets?

Ok, great!! Looks like we could get a small group together! I'm not sure where some of you are, but if you're answering "central ohio" posts, I'm going to assume Columbus isn't too far for any of you. I totally get the avoidance of water parks thing, hopefully, we'll all get past that someday. So, lets think of somewhere we can go, where we can chat and get to know one another that will be fun. Shopping is fun, but I don't know about getting to know each other while doing that (we'll all just wander around and look at stuff on our own). We could go eat, but I hate that we'd have to have food as a focal point (we do have to eat however), movies - again, we're not going to do much chatting there...so any suggestions at all are welcomed. And of course, I'm going to have to insist we wait til the weather warms up so no one has to drive in this crapola...so sometime in March, or early April if necessary. Ideas?? Magic Mountain?? We could have air-hockey tournaments between us, and those with kids could let the kids run wild! Tho food choices there aren't very good. Bowling?? Thats a fun activity (at which I stink)! Spill it buckeyes - there has to be the PERFECT suggestion just waiting to be heard!
