Lifting Restrictions

What were the restirctions on lifting after surgery for you?

Amber, 10# for 6 weeks post-op, I had open.

Dr. Ben Meir did my surgery (lap RNY) two weeks ago. He said the same thing -- no more that 10 lbs. for the first 7 weeks. Best of luck when you meet him. He was great. Lisa
