12 week update

Hey all!! I am down 47 pounds!!! Annnnnnnnndddd.... I am now under 300 pounds.... weighing-in at 296.6!!! I could be getting in more liquids and step up my walking a bit. Not as many problems since the scope. I'd say I am doing pretty good!!

Way to go!! I will be 12 weeks aound March 2, when I go back to the dr. I have not weighed myself since my last visit at 5 weeks, and was down 25 lbs, but I know it is more now. I was 328 then, so I hope I am under 300 then too!! I can't wait for the 2nd! Keep up the good work!
