Tomorrow is my big day

Hello all, I can't believe tomorrow is almost here. It has been such a long journey but I know tomorrow is the begining of another one. I started out with the Ohio State University Bariatrics program and at the very end because of an insurance mistake- it looked like I wasn't going to be able to have the surgery. Enter Dr. Stephan Myers of Fresh Start Bariatrics, he was called on my behalf and told that I was incorrectly told that OSU was in network. Dr. Myers called me personally and we met the following week. He went over everything I had done over the past year and he said I wouldn't have to start all over. Needless to say, I am thrilled to be having my surgery tomorrow at Riverside Methodist Hospital and highly recommend Dr. Myers to anyone considering the surgery in the Columbus area. I had my surgery on 1/24/2007 by Dr. Myers. He is a wonderful man. I also had my surgery at Riverside and his staff is great. You may have to watch the night nurses at times LOL. I am 1 week post op and have lost 15 pounds and I feel great. I know you are in good hands. He is a very honest and dignified man. I was so blessed when I joined his program.. Good Luck . Teresa
