I 8.5 months past surgery and have hit a pleateau and have been "stuck" atte same weightnot for almost a month. I have n ot gained, but have not lost. It is so frustrating and getting to the point of depression. I am at a complete loss. I got a treadmill for Christmas and am having a hard time motivating myself. I am nt starting to look at my self in a negative way again because I have not seen results in so long ell what seems like so long to me. Does anyone have any hints or suggestions or ANYTHING??? I wont give up, but I know my mood is not good and I am takiing it out on everyone because of the frustration. Does this make any sense??? HELP!!!! Kelly

Start by writing down what you are eating each day. Increase your protein intake. And keep walking. Sometimes we need to just go back to basics. It worked for me. And yes it's so frustrating. You can do it !
