Darlene, You do look great !!! Becareful to not get to thin. I am maintaining my weight by adding more carbs. I was afraid of getting to thin. You look great as you are. I hope your at your goal. You do not need to lose anymore. Hugs Barb

Hi Barb, or should I say Wonder Woman from the looks of that fit body! I am feeling good- already eating waaaay to many carbs, especially me latest addiction - pretzel rods. I would like to lose 10-15 more pounds, but I know I'll need to work harder to get it off. Hugs, Dar

Tabitha, I sure have missed you a bunch too. Soon as I get my new car and the weather gets more dependable I am making a trip to see you. BTW my son wants to know if there are any skateparks in your area they can hang out at???? I am staying on track. I have been to the Pool every day for 2 weeks. Running 2 miles on the treadmill, doing 20 mins on the eliptical machine, 15 on the bike, weight lifting and over an hour in the pool. I Love it and feel so much better mentally and physically. I have lost about 7 pounds since the holidays and managed to not gain any over the holidays. I am working on getting down to 120 by my May 5th 2 year anniversary and then going for the panni.. I really dont need any additional surgery thanks to the swimming. I am out car hunting. Which I hate to even think about, but my car needs about 1400.00 worth of repairs done to it and its just not worth putting it into. So I am looking at something small, brand new and good on gas.. I hate to think about a payment.. But tired of having frequent tower miles with Mr tow truck man. LOL Keep in touch my friend.. .I miss you Love ya Laura
