Help I seem to have indigestion>>>

I seem to have indigestion, is this possible? The pain is in the pouch area and hurts in the back area same place. I am also so dry, water seems to not set well with me. I want to call the Dr but if this is normal,I would feel stupid bothering him on a sunday. I have not been able to get my water don, so I probably dehydrated a bit. I don't know. surgery was dec 28. Any suggestions from anyone?
