PCP or IM referral in West Chester area
Okay, I know I am getting worsen ~sigh~ I apologize...but now I am missing home...my doctors....we had a relationship you know...my PCP and I were the same age and really cool!! My WLS surgeon was so dedicated to our health....I could call him up and get a referral to a doctor in a heartbeat....I don't have that here and with the pain I am in....it's getting very difficult for me.
Thanks to Karen Cox, I got in to see a very good GYN....who do not think my pain problems are female related. ~sigh~
He suspects "radiculopathy." Now I need to find me a good PCP or IM doctor. Granted, I was seeing all doctors at UC Physicians but they had a girl in pain too long!!
The GYN said I am over medicating, but I need the medicine to survive during a normal day!! I have to work and I can't work in the kind of pain I am experiencing.
I just need to get this problem fixed!!! I am so angry and growing very impatient. I work in Blue Ash so if anyone know any good doctors in the Blue Ash area that works for me too!! I just don't care to go downtown...parking sucks!!! But if that is where the best doctors are....I will go there too....I'm desperate!!!
Okay, thanks again in advance.
Hi there,
I started my journey with UC pysicians and did not care for the way I was done. I have now found a wonderful Dr. and his staff is great he if up by the Dayton Mall, his office is right infront of the Sycomore Hospital. his name is Dr. David Schumacher I found him on this web site. I know this is a bit of a drive for you I understand I am in Monroe 2 exits north of Tylersville. My PCP is at that exit also they use to be in the building where you GYN is, her and her partners built a building of there own to the right of it ( if you are standing if front of the mercy building looking at the entrance). Her name is Sandra Hans I have seen her for over 10 yrs she is ok, I also like Dr. Stailey he is in the same building He is older but I like him she is around my age I think and I am 33. If you want to ck into them their number is 513-755-4700 ( they are open most Saturdays) Dr. Schumacers if you looken for a new doc in that sense his number is 1-937-384-6922 you can also look him up on her under surgeons and learn a bit about him I will tell you it has not been updated resently. He also has support group in the lobby part of the building where he is located 2nd Wed of the month at 7p. I hope this helps, good luck God Bless.
Linda
Thanks Linda....I am headed into my 4th year and bad to see but I haven't seen my surgeon since I was 6 weeks out for care...his request....we only had to attend his support group meetings and report to him if we had a complication....our blood work and all was done at our PCP office....my PCP was very WLS knowledgealbe and she always consulted with my surgeon....can u tell I miss them? Our surgeon throw us parties and he danced and joke with us....now in the office....he was strictly a SURGEON!! It is like he is two different people....his support group meetings were so fun....he always had a guest speaker (fitness, reconstructive surgeon, nutrionist)....he is a great surgeon.
I will give the lady PCP a call on Monday and get me an appt....I want to start all over and find out what the heck is wrong with me....thank you so very much.
