Time for an Update

Hello Everyone!! I am popping in to say Hi and let you all know that everything is going really good. I am down 68 pounds since surgery (five months out) and down 93 pounds since I started this journey! (six month diet you know) I am feeling wonderful... I have had no complications and just want to encourage all of you that haven't had the surgery yet, to keep going and keep your chin up. I downloaded a few pics on my new profile (had to redo the whole thing... when did they do that??) but I don't have any recent ones uploaded yet... I am in a medium top and large bottoms... and started in 3 x bottoms and 2 x tops WOW! Gotta go, but I hope to check in here a whole lot more often than I have. hugs to all, Barbara G.

Congrats Barbara, I am having my surgery on the 23rd of January and I hope I do as well as you are!! Any type of suggestions or hints from you would be greatly appreciated. Kathy
