I am going absolutly crazy !! I am 2 weeks out with a lap band and if I don't have something real to eat I am going to lose it! I actually bindged on dipping my finger in salad dressings in the fridge and a teaspoon of A1 steak sauce! Sherry don't laugh - 2 days in a row! I am having a melt down. I've been so strong until this past Friday when my co-workers brought in egg and hashbrown casseroles for brunch. I left the room with tears in my eyes - and I still have another week before I can move on to pureed! help me!!!!!!! Carrie

You can do this!! You have made it this far...so hang in there. Get some treat stuff. No sugar added fudge pops, flavored yogurts, or sugar free hot cocoa mix with some cool whip. Sandy

Carrie, We're going to make it! It is so hard I know. It's only a week for me and the liquids are getting old. It was great to compare little binges.. I'm sorry, I did laugh. It's as bad as my chocolate syrup taste. Hang in there! Sherrie (I love this little smiley)

Oh you poor thing! I feel your pain! Three weeks of liquids is enough to send anyone over the edge. I've been banded for 13 1/2 months and I can tell you it WILL get easier! The most challenging aspect of the band is not the actual physical hunger, it's the EMOTIONAL hunger of wanting to eat when others do, or when you're bored, or bummed, or happy, or mad...ugh! It's an emotional roller coaster. Just sending you a ((((HUG)))) to let you know you're not alone! ~Melissa
