How long.

Hello all my name is Rita. I had my roux-en-y in February. When I had my surgery I weighed 348 pounds. I now weigh 235 pounds. For the most part I feel okay but I am having trouble with hair loss and my stomach is still kind of weird. I am wondering how long these things will last. Anyone have any advice?

Hi, I had surgery 7/05 and have had very little hair loss. I started taking Biotin a couple months after surgery and I make sure I get plenty of protein. You can get biotin at GNC and I think Walmart. I take 5000 mcg. a day. Hope that helps. Congrats on the great weight loss. Judi
