Program Fee

Just wondering how much is a normal amnt to pay for the program fee. I saw a post on here and mine is alot more expensive. Could you guys give me some idea what is normal. Thanks Plumcrazygirl

Trish, You have to consider what you are getting for that fee. Some include gym memberships, trainers, exercise physiologists, so if that's the case $1500 isn't bad. For example ours is $300 but it doesn't include any of that, just the basic insurance work and diet counseling. Good Sam's here in town is $500 but it includes a psych eval and exercise physiologist. Thanks so much for the info Dr. C. I thought it was a good deal but i really hadnt looked at other programs. Once I went to the seminar I really felt that this was the right place for me. But then when I read there was one with a prolgram fee of $300 I was thinking maybe it was to much. I guess I didnt realize how much I was getting compared to the $300 program fee was getting. My program fee was $250.00 @ St. Vincents in Cleveland. Michelle

I went to University Hospital in Cleveland and there is NO program fee! I know that the Akron hospitals charge quite a bit up front! Sue 325/goal130/122 current

Mine was nothing at Middletown reginal Hospital. They have a great program.
