Hello: I have United Healthcare. And its all different per company. I work for UPS and it was 1,000.00 max out of pocket for the year. So i paid the $1,000.00 at my pre op testing and i was sailing free all year nothing but my office visit co payments to pay. My insurance is 80/20 and i did not have to pay the 20% all year With January around the corner I will be noticing the no more free ride i am sure . I do know you can call UHC and they will give you the information you need on your coverage or go to the web site and register a log on and all your coverage information will be there for you. Teresa
