Carrie, hi !!! My name is barb I am 15 months out. Lost most the first 6 months. i was 272 Dr said 277 i am now 155 was 147 I am at goal and stsaying. I feel so good thin, Thank you Barb

I don't see why you wouldn't wear it out in public...YOu look fantastic! Hope you are feeling okay. I am going to have to update one of these days.. I have 2 weeks to go until my 3 month check up.. I have not been able to walk much. I try to move around as much as I can but I am losing VERY slow. I think it's about 35lbs so far.. Don't get me wrong I feel better and I am grateful knowing that the scale is going to continue to go down not up...And I have all winter to hibernate and maybe in the spring I will appear and look like a different person...Everyone says they can see it and I will get pictures soon to post....Everything has gone so smooth I feel like I never had surgery.. I hope you are feeling good. Thanks for keeping us posted...

Dear Debbie, I think of you all the time. I know your foot is bad. when are you getting your foot fixed? Your doing great !!!! Cant wait to see your up date. I would lose so many inches and the scale wouldnt move. then like once or twice a month it would move. So your doing great !!!! Everyone noticed it but me. I still at 155 feel fat !!!! Its all in the head. I bet you look fantastic. So proud of your success. Hugs Barb
