Pain~~Oh My! The Pain!!!

I am turning into a Darvocethead!!!! Has anyone experienced this? I am over 3 years out. I am new here from Alabama....I miss my surgeon (we are good friends), I miss my PCP, I miss my ENT, I miss all my dockders I am seeing doctors at UC Physicians. I am having the most awful pains in my lower right ab....now the pains moves to my upper right thigh, around the right side of my back and down my right hip! To describe what it feels like, AWFUL GAS PAINS, but then it starts to stab....like achy...just confusing. At first, the PCP thought it was my appendix b/c it was so hard to locate the location of the pain, but I never experienced fever and barfing. So that was ruled it. I had an internal and external ultrasound....I see the GYN on the 28th! I have endometriosis....but this pain, is nothing like my endometriosis pain Nothing relieves this pain, but TIME! Even though it feels like indigestion, having a makes it worse I am going to request an upper and lower GI to rule out any problem with my intestines. I just don't know what to do ~sigh~ I'm tired of taking pain meds. I am tired of being in pain. My doc said, he will get to the bottom of it....I sure hope he does soon ~sigh~ b/c it is getting the best of me....oh, and I can stand a lot of pain so this pain is BAAAAD! On a scale of 1 to 10...it is a 20

So sorry to hear of your pain.... this is my first time on here I am at the beginnig of the journey I have my packet mailed in justwaiting on my apt. But I am going through UC also and I got a real good feeling from talking with them. Dr. Fischer seems to have a heart of gold. I wish and pray for the best for you.

So sorry too to hear about your pain. Have they ruled out kidney stones? If you have ever had them, they're worse than child birth, in my opinion. Peggy

Dedee, any chance that it is a groin problem? I had similar pain down into the thigh and up into the lower ab. and my massage therapist (who is way above average) was able to work this out over a period of months. It wasn't pleasant, but it worked. Good luck on this. Doug
